When you sign up for Hornet, we send a verification link to the email address you provided. You’ll need to click that link to validate your account.
If you didn’t receive the email, try the following:
- Check both your Inbox and Spam folder.
- Search your mailbox in case it was sorted into another category.
If the email still isn’t there, verify that the email address on your account is correct.
On the app
- Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
- Tap the ⋯ icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap Settings, then select Account.
- Tap Email to review your email address and update it if needed.
- Tap Save.
On the web
- Go to hornet.com and log in.
- Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.
- Select Account.
- Review your email address and update it if needed, then click Save.
