How do I verify my email address?

When you sign up for Hornet, we send a verification link to the email address you provided. You’ll need to click that link to validate your account.

If you didn’t receive the email, try the following:

  • Check both your Inbox and Spam folder.
  • Search your mailbox in case it was sorted into another category.

If the email still isn’t there, verify that the email address on your account is correct.

On the app

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap Settings, then select Account.
  4. Tap Email to review your email address and update it if needed.
  5. Tap Save.

On the web

  1. Go to hornet.com and log in.
  2. Click your profile picture in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Review your email address and update it if needed, then click Save.
