How can I cancel my Membership?

When you become a Hornet Member, charges are processed by one of our commercial partners (Apple, Google, Stripe).

To stop auto‑renewal of your Hornet membership, please follow these steps:

Cancel via Android / Google Play Store

  1. Open Google Play on your device.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Payments and Subscriptions.
  4. Select Subscriptions.
  5. Find Hornet and tap Manage Subscription.
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  7. Confirm.

Cancel via Google Pay (for other payment methods on Android)

  1. Visit pay.google.com and log in with your Google Account if necessary.
  2. Under the Subscriptions & Services tab, find your Hornet membership.
  3. Tap “Cancel Subscription”.

Cancel via iOS / App Store

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture on the upper right corner (Account Page).
  3. Select “Subscriptions” and find your Hornet membership.
  4. Tap the “Cancel Subscription” button.
  5. Confirm.

Cancel via the Web

  1. Go to https://hornet.com and log in.
  2. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Select the “Account” option.
  4. Find the Membership section and click the “Cancel Membership” button.
  5. Confirm.
