How do I change how distance and weight is shown on Hornet?

Hornet can show distance and weight using either the metric system (km, kg) or the imperial/US Standard system (mi, lb). On Android and the web, you can choose this directly in your profile settings. On iPhone, Hornet follows the Region set on your device.

On Android

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Scroll down to Unit of Measure and select your preferred one.
  4. To save your changes, tap the checkmark in the upper-right corner.

On iOS

Hornet uses your iPhone’s Region to decide which units to display. To switch units, you need to change your device’s Region.

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Language & Region.
  4. Tap Measurement System and select the region you prefer.

On Web

  1. Go to hornet.com and log in.
  2. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Select My Profile.
  4. Next to your Display Name, click Edit Profile.
  5. Scroll down to Unit of Measure and select your preferred one
  6. Confirm by clicking Save.
