If you host a private space, you need to manually approve each and every request from users that want to join it. To approve or reject an application, please follow these steps:
- Open Spaces.
- Tap on the bell icon in the upper right corner.
- Find a request notification. It’ll display the following text: “User’s display name has requested to join your space Your space name”.
- Tap on the Review button at the end of the request notification.
- Tap on Accept if you want to approve the request, or Reject to deny it.
Note: This feature is only available for private spaces. If you host a public space, users can join it without your prior approval.
