How do I request a copy of my personal data?

At Hornet, we are committed to protecting your data and privacy. We also believe you should always be able to access the personal data associated with your Hornet account. If you would like to request a copy of your personal data, please follow the instructions below.

On the App

  1. Open the Hornet app and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the (three‑dot) icon in the upper‑right corner.
  3. Tap Settings and then select Privacy.
  4. Tap Request my Personal Data.
  5. Your device will open your email app with a pre-written request message addressed to our support team.
  6. Please send the email without editing its content, so we can locate your account and process your request correctly.

On Web

  1. Go to hornet.com and log in.
  2. In the upper right corner, click your profile picture.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Under the Personal Data & GDPR section, click Request Data.
  5. Your device may open your email app with a pre-written request message addressed to our support team.
  6. Please send the email without editing its content, so we can locate your account and process your request correctly.

Important: If you have deleted your Hornet account, you will not be able to request your data. After you delete your account, your data is disposed of in accordance with our privacy policy.
