In order to sign out of Hornet, you have to create an account first. If you haven’t created an account yet, please check how to create an account.
To log out, please follow the instructions:
On Android
- Open Hornet and go to your profile section
- Tap the icon ⋯ in the upper-right corner
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap the icon ⋮ in the upper-right corner
- Tap Sign Out
- Confirm
On iOS
- Open Hornet and go to your profile section
- Tap the icon ⋯ in the upper-right corner
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Sign Out
- Confirm
On Web
- Click your name/profile picture in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Click Log Out
If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, on the top center of the screen, and begins with the “@” symbol.
