I Do Not Receive Alerts For New Messages

If you’re not receiving alerts about new messages, follows or any other activity on Hornet, please follow these instructions:

On Android:
  • Open your phone's Settings.
  • Select Apps.
  • Select, depending on your device's brand and model, All apps or Manage apps.
  • Select Hornet.
  • Select Notifications and allow all options.
On iOS:
  • Go to the phone's Settings.
  • Select Notifications.
  • Select Hornet.
  • Allow all options.
On Web:

The following steps are specific for Google Chrome:

  • Open Google Chrome.
  • Click on the three-dot icon on the upper right corner.
  • Select Settings.
  • On the left-side menu, click on Privacy and security.
  • Select Site Settings and, then, Notifications.
  • Click on the Add button on the Allow section.
  • Type https://hornet.com and confirm by clicking on Add.

If you cannot find a solution in our FAQ, please write to us at feedback@hornet.com. It is important that you include your Account ID so that we can trace your account. Your Account ID is located on your profile, right under your name, and begins with the “@” symbol.
