A: Yes, streamers from any country can be nominated. However, nominations are divided by country according to specific weeks of the month.

Nomination Rules for Top Streamer Badge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ban History Violations: Streamers must not have any bans or moderation violations during the month preceding the nomination.
- Diamond Earn: Streamers must have earned the highest amount of diamonds compared to their peers in the last week.
- Streaming Time: Consideration will be given to the time spent streaming during the week.
- Only Streamers who have accumulated 500,000 diamonds and have at least 500 followers are eligible to participate in the nomination process.
Country-Specific Nomination Schedule:
- 1st Week of the Month: Nominations are open for streamers from Türkiye. Three nominees will be selected.
- 2nd Week of the Month: Nominations are open for streamers from Russia. Three nominees will be selected.
- 3rd Week of the Month: Nominations are open for streamers from Ukraine. Three nominees will be selected.
- 4th Week of the Month: Nominations are open for streamers from other countries. Three nominees will be selected.
Nomination Process:
- Nominations will be evaluated based on the criteria mentioned above.
- Each eligible week, the top three streamers from the specified countries will be nominated for the Top Streamer badge.
- In the event of a tie in diamond earnings or streaming time, additional factors such as viewer engagement and content quality may be considered.
Award Announcement:
- Chosen nominees are announced every Thursday on our official @hornetlive account. Winners of the Top Streamer badge will be announced on the following Tuesday on the same account.
- All disputes should be forwarded exclusively to the @talent_team or @hornetlive accounts. Any attempt to contact other accounts, including personal Hornet staff accounts, will result in the nominee’s immediate disqualification from receiving the Top Streamer badge.
- In the event that two nominees receive the same amount of diamonds during the nomination period, the winner will be chosen randomly.
Miscellaneous:
- Streamers are eligible to be nominated multiple times if they meet the criteria.
- The platform reserves the right to make final decisions on all nominations to ensure the integrity of the Top Streamer badge.
