  • Wow, so many things wrong with the article you are basing your post on. It’s not NBC’s logo, it’s NBCUniversal’s. NBC, the channel – which is what we all associate the peacock with – is keeping the peacock. The average consumer will never see this logo – it’s for the larger company that owns dozens of channels, movie studios, etc. And the article doesn’t even get the typeface identification right.

    Which is not to say it’s a great logo – definitely boring. But that befits a boring company, no?
