Caitlyn Jenner Lashes Out at Trump, Which Is Kinda the Definition of ‘Too Little, Too Late’

We doubt that Caitlyn Jenner—former Olympian and current reality TV star—swayed many voters with her much-publicized decision to vote Republican in the recent presidential debate. She’s actually on record as having glowing things to say about Donald Trump, even praising him for his outreach to women and LGBTs.

But now, following the Trump’s administration dissolution yesterday of this country’s protections for trans kids, Jenner isn’t so much a fan.

In a video posted on TMZ, Jenner speaks to the POTUS “from one Republican to another” and calls the Department of Justice’s recent move “a disaster” (and calls out Attorney General Jeff Sessions, too). She even makes reference to the upcoming Supreme Court case of Gavin Grimm—the same one Laverne Cox called out during the Grammys on Feb. 12.

She also chides Trump for going back on his “promise to protect the LGBTQ community,” closing the speech with “Call me.”

  • I’m not going to watch her blather. Did she say, “Call me” like she thinks the President of the United States of America has time for her, or “Call me” like people used to silently mouth in the cheesiest manner possible while making a phone handset with their thumb and pinky, implying a possible hook-up was in the recipients future?
