Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch for Sale Again, But With a New Name

Want to buy a giant, creepy amusement park? You’re in luck! Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is back on the market for a mere $67 million, which is a significant cut from its $100 million price tag last year.

The 2,700-acre property, located near Santa Barbara, California, has been renamed Sycamore Valley Ranch.

The ranch reportedly features a 50-seat movie theater, a dance studio, a train station and many unsettling bronze statues of children.

Jackson bought the ranch back in 1987, selling it for $22.5 million in 2009 before his death. Interestingly, it was sold to a company called Colony Capital, which happens to be headed by a friend and fundraiser of Donald Trump, Thomas Barrack.

Paris Jackson, daughter of Michael, recently spoke to Rolling Stone in a cover story about her life at the ranch:

We couldn’t just go on the rides whenever we wanted to. We actually had a pretty normal life. Like, we had school every single day, and we had to be good. And if we were good, every other weekend or so, we could choose whether we were gonna go to the movie theater or see the animals or whatever. But if you were on bad behavior, then you wouldn’t get to go do all those things.
