If you have a question, chances are, someone else had it before and you find an answer right away in our FAQ.

2. Contact support from within the app

If our FAQ don’t have an answer for you, please contact us from within your app (Settings > Feedback), so we can collect context about your phone’s OS and other environmental parameters.  This will help us to solve your problem much faster!

We provide support in English, Russian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Thai and Chinese. We use online translation websites to help us with all other languages.
