The (Leaked) Cast of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ USA Includes 2 Queer People and a Gay Icon (Updated)

Imagine our shock when we discovered that the cast of Celebrity Big Brother USA, set to air on CBS starting Feb. 7, had been leaked ahead of schedule.
CBS and Big Brother host Julie Chen (wife of network head Les Moonves) had planned to announce the Celebrity Big Brother cast following this Sunday’s Grammy Awards, but it looks like someone on the network’s side didn’t play by the rules.
But regardless of who leaked the cast, we couldn’t be more excited! Not only is there a gay person included on the roster of “celebrity” houseguests (yes, we use that word loosely), but there’s also a trans woman and a gay icon! (And yeah, we’re using “gay icon” pretty loosely, too.)
Naturally the house will be full of reality TV stars … with an athlete thrown in for good measure.
This is the very first edition of Celebrity Big Brother USA, though Celebrity Big Brother has aired for quite a few seasons in the UK.
Check out the (leaked, so still potentially up-in-the-air) cast of Celebrity Big Brother USA:
1. Lance Bass
The former boy-bander (and we’ve heard superfan of Big Brother) will be the first openly gay contestant on Celebrity Big Brother USA. He also competed on Dancing With the Stars here in the States.
2. Gigi Gorgeous
The world’s most famous trans YouTube star made a name for herself with makeup tutorials back in the day, and now she’s a household name with nearly 3 million followers.
3. Tiffany Pollard
The gays love this brash reality TV vet, better known as “New York,” who first graced our small screens on Flavor of Love. She also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK, where she placed fourth.
4. Johnny Bananas
This guy is a serious vet of MTV’s reality TV programming. He has appeared on The Real World, The Challenge and Vendettas.
5. Andrea Boehlke
She appeared on three seasons of Survivor.
6. Sammi ‘Sweetheart’ Giancola
You know (and love?) her from MTV’s Jersey Shore, and we can’t wait to see what she’s like in a house with Ron!
7. Beth Chapman
The wife of Dog the Bounty Hunter previously struggled with a throat cancer diagnosis, but she’s reportedly cancer-free!
8. Matt Iseman
If this guy looks familiar, it’s probably because he’s the host of American Ninja Warrior, though — interestingly enough — he’s also a physician and comedian! He also won last year’s Celebrity Apprentice (not that we watch that Trump-produced trash.)
9. Terrell Owens
He’s a former NFL star (for those of us gays who don’t watch sportsball) and also appeared on Dancing With the Stars.
10. Brody Jenner
It’s been a hot minute since Brody has been on a reality TV show (he was previously on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Hills), but the son of Caitlyn Jenner appears ready to step back into the spotlight.
