Hornet Introduces Hornet Stories in Malaysia

Dear users,

We were recently informed of a request from Malaysian authorities to remove the Hornet app from the Malaysia App Store. We are working with the relevant parties to better understand the situation and explore how the app may be restored.

While this process is ongoing, we want to make sure our community in Malaysia can continue staying connected. That’s why we’ve released Hornet Stories as a temporary alternative app where you can still connect with people nearby, chat, and enjoy many of the features you know from Hornet.

Hornet Stories includes our secure messaging, live streaming, and the privacy and safety features trusted by more than 100 million users worldwide.

If you already have Hornet installed, you do not need to delete it, but we recommend downloading Hornet Stories so you can continue connecting with the community.
